Having bought a car from this location, was happy with the
vehicle... However, upon trying to license the car, realized quickly that
they failed to have me sign the proper paperwork for the title, which
state police told me is illegal to sell a car without having this done.
After weeks of calling, reporting to the circuit courts and BBB, I
finally reached them (still, they never called, although claimed to).
When finally resolving that issue, the DMV noticed that when they
purchased the vehicle, it was signed by a different person than who
originally bought it. With a very helpful attendant at the Harvester,
MO's DMV, they called to try to resolve the issue with Mid Rivers
Directly and were told (by the owner/manager) Gary that it, and I quote
was 'not their problem'. Buy from here at your own risk. Again, the car I
purchased runs perfectly and no issues, but they do NOT care about
their customers.
They deserve zero stars AND in my belief, should be shut down.
