Bus Driver said that the people that are helping the wheelchair are responsible of tighting down their clients and that the electric wheelchair dont have to be tight down. Now thats the first time i hear this 'cause every bus i have been on the driver tights the wheelchairs down. I know its a pain to do it but i thought the drivers we responsible for every passages that gets on the bus. Bus 86 heading south bus number 7530 pick up at Irvine spectrum at 1:26pm said this and i'm just not sure if this is right. On bus driver that doesnt tight down a wheelchair only tight down one strap and the wheelchair was moving from left to right that the caregiver had to hold the wheelchair while the bus moved from left to right?
