Trying since July to have my electric wheelchair repaired and receive a rental in the meantime

My electric wheelchair, which I'm dependent upon needs repairs, and I need a rental in the meantime. First I got the run around from PRN who is to repair the wheelchair but has no rentals.

I return to the PPO who swears her office has faxed at least 3 authorizations for a rental electric wheelchair. They admitted once to having the rental authorization but it has since disappeared.

In the mean time, I've been given multiple names of companies, FOR ME TO CALL, who are supposed to work with TexanPlus HMO and they all deny they have any work agreements with TexanPlus HMO. So no rental has yet been made available to me, now, in mid-November.

My foot doctor and my pain management doctor both want to add new requirements to this chair, which should be replaced next year.

Customer Service Reps, Supervisors and Managers by the dozen have promised to retun my calls and update. This rarely happens, and when it does, they just dump the problem back in my lap.

There have been some nice features about this insurance company, but not enough to make me stick with them. HMO Pods, where you can cross from one pod to another for doctors. Over charging my doctors with NO HELP from the company.

I will also post this on my Facebook page or theirs if they have one. My answering machine will start with a msg to refrain from using these people.

Being disable the way I am, I don't have the energy EVERY DAY to follow up with these jerks
