I spoke with Mark (516-256-0008) who not only walked me through what I needed to fax him to get a wheelchair but stayed in contact with me about what was going on with delivery and when I should be receiving it. I work in customer service and he truly did his job. I hope someone from RRT corporate reads this and gives him the courtesy he deserves! I had a wheelchair delivered to my house within two days of speaking with him and he offered to be available to speak with if anything didn't go the way it should. Thanks Mark!
