Merchant's Tire seems to believe that because you have a prepaid policy for tire rotation and road hazards that they are providing free service when you come in on the policy. Both in Frederick and in Reisterstown, MD - and only at Merchant's Tire (not other affiliates) - the work requested was not done.
In Frederick, Merchant's put the car in a garage and closed the door, so that the work could not be viewed. I knew that the tire rotation was not done when the car emerged, because I had marked the tires.
In Reisterstown, I had an appointment to have a nail removed and was told the task would only take 1/2 hour. After an hour, the car had not been touched, and that was because the ticket was being held off the floor!
I would not buy tires at Merchant's again, and would be charry of buying any from its affiliates, too.
