I Purchased tires for my wifes car & my Truck. I purchased &extra policy for tire rotation on her car. Yesterday i took car for oil chg.&rotation. After 2.5hrs. Of watching 8 men do nothing a very rude lady said they would not rotate tires because 1 was wore. This is why i purchased the rotation to begin with. They wouldnt give me my money back&wouldnt do the work i paid for only excuses.By not doing work that was obvious they put my wife in danger&anybody else on road. On my truck i could only get 2 tires @ a time. I wanted them on front, they would not do it they would only put on rear. What happend to service&what the customer wants&pays for. I intend to pursue the tire matter. The rude lady who doesnt have a clue&the men drawing a check&making excuses&said its all walmart policy? They need to review their policy.
