I reponded to an offer on line for "free software" if I would just pay a $7.50 shipping and delivery charge. This was to purchase a MONOPOLY game. I did this on 2/9/05. On 2/14/05 I received the game and tried to install it. The game would not install on my computer. When I sent an email regarding this I got a reply that said they stood behind their product and to just send it back and receive a refund for the purchase price. Since the purchase price was really zero I would receive a refund of zero! This is a rip off of the first order. Why should I even have to send it back if it doesn't work? Why should I also have to pay to return something that doesn't work? This should be their reposibility
