I just tell what happened to me. Otherwise, this company threaten me "let see you in the court."
1. I want to move to other state, I post my information in the internet, then, they call me.
2. We talk through the phone, I wish my sutff can be shipped and arrive my new place around 04/26 or 04/27, and they say they will pick my stuff at 04/21
3. They give a roughly idea how much it will cost "~1000 USD"
4. The day they pick my stuff (04/21) they end up with total 2550 usd for this shipping
5. OK, that is a big difference, but what can I do? All my stuff are on their trunk already
6. I expect my stuff arrive around 04/26 ~ 04/27, but I never get any information till 04/28, and I try to call, most of the time, no body answer.
7. Finally, I got a chance to talk to them, they say "the first day available for deliever" means the first day they can start to ship my stuff from their storage form Texas... Not the day I expect them arrive. And, they says everything is in the contract. If I did not read it carefully, that my mistake.
8. Come on, we are so busy with the moving, I choose to trust what I understand with the sells man, but not spending whold day to read the contract. And they also tell me there is no way they can give me a exact day when my stuff will arrive because nobody can know what will happen on the road.
9. They also tell me there is a strom in other state and how many people die, and that is the reason why the shipping is delay. Come on, is there only one way to ship my stuff? Can not choice other road?
10. Now, I have to stay in my new place without any furniture, and it is cold, and we do not know when will my stuff will arrive.
