I've a regular commuter purchase where WageWorks requires pretax cash to purchase and move to some Caltrain monthly move onto my ClipperCard. This month I obtain a contact that they're incorporating an unannounced $2 charge that needs me to reaccept conditions, which my present purchase hasbeen transformed without my agreement, therefore my support won't be disturbed??! With my money likely to a WageWorks bank card, not my ClipperCard. Easily wish to return to my prior purchase, I'm designed to login to my consideration, but you will find no correct directions.
Main point here is in my opinion it's against California Consumer Regulation to change this kind of order regarding salary breaks and also the device to that they are utilized without my acceptance first.
After I wrote my mail indicating my degree of annoyed, I get an automatic reply. Total Customer Support Crash.
