I've four SmartTrip cards for that DC City. At virtually no time after I was incorporating cash to these cards was I informed the cash was gone forever. I'm shifting to a place that's no transportation that's related to Wageworks. Wageworks won't return cash on my cards but is only going to credit them to some other transportation program. This places Wageworks at the top of the rip off size for me personally.
