Hello, my name is Tom and my wife's name is Megan. We recently bought a used 2000 ford explore suv. It was a lease turn in and we test drove it and everything and found out the keyless entry did not work, a simple thing to fix if we bought it said the salesman. Now we bought it and made a appointment to get it fixed and they said they had to do this and that and would cost $295 dollars, what? But the saleman promised they would fix it free! Complained to ford motor company never got a response, called ford consumer rep. And got the run a round, stinks.
Truck does not run well had to give a tune up after i got it, they never even serviced it before we bought it or checked it out.
