I bought a new truck from E.G. Ford this past May. I bought the Wynn's Oil Change program too. Elk Grove Ford closed before I even got my first free oil change! This is crazy. I'm wondering why I spent $700 dollars on nothing. I tried contacting Wynn's and likewise was told this was between E.G. Ford and myself, that they could not do anything. Elk Grove Ford would not anwser calls so I called Ford Motor Company. They did NOTHING!!! I'm Furious!!!
There was a report done by CBS 13 news about this. It's called "Left Idle by Elk Grove Ford". If you google Elk Grove Ford on CBS 13's website you'll find it. "Call Kurtis" is the one who did the report.
