If you are like me and were taken advantage of by this fraudulent so-called company, then this might help. Step one is to call your financial institution (your bank) and file a dispute of the charge to your account.
Next step is to go to bbb.com and file another complaint with them. (better business bearau) They need all the complaints they can get before they will do anything.
Step three is to call ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEW YORK

Attorney General's Office - 516-248-3300
File a complaint with them
Step four is to call FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION -ROCHESTER, NEW YORK 585-546-2220. File a complaint with them as well
Also try calling your credit reporting agencies and file a fraud complaint. None of these institutions will do anything unless they have a certain number of complaints... So please do all of us victims a favor and pick up the phone. We will get our money back.
