As a consumer I am offended by the following: Fidelity Solutions, Auto Protect Now and finally Consumer Direct Warranty Company. I purchased a plan for close to 3,000. Cash with the promise my car would be covered up to 100,00 miles, but they failed to mention one would take my money: Fidelity Solutions and the broker: Auto Protect Now and then transfer it to a company, Consumer Direct Warranty Company who would refuse to take calls and refuse the one and only claim the dealer submitted for control arm bushings, power steering hoses, oil filter housing and a valve cover gasket. I was not told by the "Broker" that the plan I purchased through them would be passed off to a company with bad reviews and recall telling the Broker I wanted to deal with a reputable company that worked closely with my dealer. I have been ripped off and I want my money back to pay for the expenses. My car is on a rack at the dealers and I do not have the money to pay for the repairs - Shame on All of You.
