Fidelity Automotive solutions Payment to Warranty company never received and Fidelity has ceased operations

I spend 3300 on an extended warranty for my BMW and this company did not send the payment to the warranty company. Now I have no coverage on my car. What do I do? I'm so angry that this company had never sent the payment to Alpha in two months.
