Old American County Mutual Fire
C/o Louis A. Williams & Assoc, Inc. Did not pay claim, did not review claim, allowed the pound to auction my vehicle, did not pay for vehicle Internet

September 21 I was out of town with my mother. I was taking my nieces to a friends home. I was hit by a vehicle.

The vehicle did not stop. I did not see the vehicle when it hit me so I am assuming the vehicle exited off or he pulled behind another vehicle. I was distracted by the smoke.

I was located in Dallas, Texas. I was traveling eastbound on interstate 1-75. When the vehicle hit me from behind. My vehicle locked up and would not allow me to do anything.

I had to let the vehicle coast to the Lake June exit. All the passengers stepped out the vehicle and called 911. My cousin and I looked to see where the smoke was coming from and the car was on fire.

The police never arrived at the scene but the fire department did. When the fire department arrived the vehicle was flamed up. They had to ax the hood of the vehicle to put the fire out.

I filed a report with the fire department that day. The next day I filed a report with the police department, contacted the insurance company.

Louis A. Williams told me that they where sending agents to take pictures of the vehicle, appraise the damages. Then they contacted me talking negative; stating that they see no signs that a vehicle hit me. Then they stated that they could not pay because they can not find the accident report.

Then the agent contacted me back and asked me what I wanted to do about my vehicle. I told them I want you to pay me for my vehicle and return it to me.

I have not heard anything from the insurance company again. I am trying to resolve this issue by any means necessary. I do not feel that it is fair for a consumer to pay all this money for auto insurance, then get ripped off by the insurance provider.
