Paid 7,000 for a used bike and 3 weeks later it left me in the middle of a major highway and would not start. They wanted 2 hours labor fee just to look at it. No matter what it is a minimum 2 hours charged. 3 days after I drove it from the lot it started leaking oil from the oil pressure sensor. They said it would be 2 hours to change it.
I had the bike diagnosed and repaired at my expense, never asking them for anything. I did call 2 other Harley dealers and asked what they would do had I purchased from them. 1 would have done all at their cost and the other would split the bill.
The part cost me 280.00 with tax, add 160.00 in labor if heritage fixed. I installed it my self in 10 minutes!!! Scammers! Dishonest! Was told it was my problem and should have got the warranty.
Tried to buy a warranty when we bought the bike but Tommy said the bike did not qualify.
Buyers BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY. Go to Pensecola Harley instead.
