We were assured that unlike the competitors, ETW was an honest business. Dale said the engine would come with a carfax and made some excuse why it wasn't shipped for 3 weeks. Our mechanic said no carfax was included with the shipment. Luckily he opened up the manifold before firing it up because there were loose parts in it, and a cylinder was leaking. The mechanic said it was a piece of *& (. We complained to Dale and he said he would replace it... Meantime the serial # had been filed down so it was impossible to compare it to the bogus carfax that eventually came. We are out thousands of dollars in labor plus the totally useless broken engine. We are hoping to hear how to get restitution and also get this guy shut down. You reap what you sow, Dale. And karma's a you know what..
