I received a billing notice from SKS stating they acquired all rights, title and interest in certain leases owned by Lease Finance Group, LLC and lease we entered into with Lease Fince Group LLC was part of that acquisition.
An audit was conducted on our account and it was deteremined certain taxes and related feeds due were either not collected or under collected. They are telling me the amount owed is $55.17 which includes tax processing and filing fees.in order to collect the amount owed under the lease we intend to debit your account on or about 3/17.
This is a total scam since we have not leased any equipment from the company since 5 years ago and the account was closed at the same time.
