Withdrew $126.90 from my checking account for "taxes and related fees" without my knowledge

SKS Associates withdrew $126.90 from my checking account saying it was for "certain taxes and related fees" after they acquired all the rights in certain leases owned by Lease Finance Group, LLC.

When I called they said that these taxes were for property tax due the Internal Revenue Service. Since when does the IRS collect property taxes?!

I do not even have my equipment leased through Lease Finance Group, LLC.
