The mortgage is in his title, but i told them to make contact with ME-ONLY since i spend the expenses and manage the cash. We'd provide them a romantic date whenever we "believed" we're able to spend them. If we couldn't ensure it is, we'd let them know. Then we'd request aid, delay pymt, change pymt day, refinance, etc. They declined all. Lately, they've started calling my dad, mom, sibling, cousin in NYC (we reside in charleston, sc), closest friend in NYC who i was raised wth and havent spoken to in over annually, my fianceis dad who lives up the trail from us, and our friend who lives next door... Along with that, they contact his function (fire department) WE DIDN'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE'S NAMES OR NUMBERS AS REFERRALS and along with that they're calling people who're mainly associated with me, and ppl with actually unique last names. How can they actually understand I understand these folks? We informed them to prevent calling MANY TIMES, informed them we delivered them a professional notice and informed them to stop bothering our relatives and buddies... Their reaction "properly clearly it got your focus on contact us, etc... We shall do whatever it requires to obtain the cash" etc... We weren't actually 2 weeks behind however, and in either case, is the fact that NOT illegal??? My father explained the woman informed him just how much we owed, just how many times late, etc... So when i faced the woman she stated she didn't provide any personal data... BS!!! I'm tired of these folks and am prepared to get a lawyer.
