Drive Financial is very unprofessional, they have no respect for other people's privacy. They are rude. They call and harass you and they also call and harass family and friend.
My husband called them to see how much we could pay on our note to have more time form my mother-in-laws phone. They call her harassing her and I'm still not sure how they came up with her home phone number, but they are calling her house as well.
My husband was in the bill collecting business and the last we knew you were not supposed to give information to family, friends, neighbors etc. My last conversation with them, I told him when we would be able to come up with the money and he said that it was unacceptable, they were picking up the vehicle, so I told him to come get it, that was three days ago.
He still did not pick it up, but they found it necessary to call my mother-in-law and leave a message saying that they want their collateral. I believe that they purposely gave this info, because my mother-in-law lives in Cali and we live in Arkansas. What was the purpose, I already told them to come and get it.
Drive will call you everyday, call your family, and friends everyday and so on. I would rather they picked the vehicle than to have to deal with them on a regular. I would not advise anybody to do business with this company.
