This car dealer agreed to sell a car on consignment and take a commission. They sold the vehicle but did then did not pay me back. It has been 6 months and they continue to stall and make excuses. They refuse to provide the actual sale date or the exact sale price. They also refuse to pay back a deposit I left with them which it was agreed was refundable. They are being sued at this time. Beware of Signature Auto Sales in Roseville, MI.
