Ripoff, scam, promised to fix air conditioner in auto, passed the buck between salesman manger and mechanic for six months still no a/c

I bought a Toyota 4runner from this dealer on 06.
Sales man promised to fix air conditioner and put in writing. After many excuses such as waiting for parts and our mechanic is out of business, manager Rafael Perez told me he had no intentions of fixing the a/c!!!"not on the contract".

The salesman Carlos Cachu wrote the promise to fix in back of a business card. The mechanic Jaime at Superior Motor has dissapered. Six months later no A/c!!!
