Lousy costumer relations

I go into perfect auto to get a oil change they tell me it will be a hour before they can get to my truck so i asked the guy at the counter if i had to wait or if i could come back in about a hour and he says i could do that when i return in about 45 minutes then he tells me we dont have a list and it will be about 90 minutes. That sure is not perfect costumer service.
