Question I took my 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse to a Mechanic a year ago I paid him half of the Money so he could start working on my Car in 2010 then 6 Months Later after I kept telling him I needed my car he told me it was fixed and I paid him the rest and took my Car Home but when I was driving home my Car was worst than when I gave it to him. I was leaking Transmission Fluid when I gave it to him now It blows out all the Transmission Seals. The car now pores transmission Fluid and I got it back with a flat tire. I told him I needed my money I gave him to take it to another Mechanic and he told me to go pick up the money Friday Feb 25 I showed up and kept Knocking and my brother seen him run into his Office and hid there till we left. I called him and no answer. Can you tell me what can I do Please. I have the recipe for 1,085.75 Cash. I called the better Business Bureu and they told me he wont answer their calls or reply back to them.
