I worked at Rico's shop for Ed Hazen (director of Operations) for all of 2 days.in that time I saw them lie to a customer and tell them they needed wheel cylinders after spraying them with fluid to make them appear as if they were leaking, even though they were not. They sold the wheel cylinders, spray painted the old ones and never replaced a single part while collectiong 600.00 for the 'repair.'
I also saw them take a car in for a fuel filter and injection cleaning. (the car had been running rough.) Then told the couple they would need an additional 300.00 worth of work to fix the problem. The car was let to sit for about 2 more hours untouched and they returned the vehicle to the customer collecting the 300.00 having done nothing else to the car.
I also witnessed several other things happening that I did not see fit, so I quit. I agreed to 600.00 per week at 6 days a week (100.00 per day) My check was for 140.00 for 20hrs I could have went to work at McDonalds honestly and made the same amount of money.
Please for all the trusting people out there BEWARE OF PURRFECT AUTO. The director of operations was there through all of this and thought it was funny. Literally he was laughing about it.
When I cantacted their "Corporate Office" I was never called back after several messages about my pay.
