They conducted the traditional baitandswitch using the price, quality and support.initially was supose to charge $1495 for total repair. Ultimate price $2500, plus another $400 in expenses following the incorrect function was completed.
Our motor had 255,000 miles and went ideal. I simply wished to repair it before it dies... Nothing was wrong using the vehicle it had been ideal (2003 jeep grand cherokee).
Problems:
1. Motor mind/lifter metalic banging sound. Really loud just like a diesel engine. Its quite depressing sound.
2. New loss in coolant line.
3. Clanking sound (periodically) when beginning the motor.
4. They syphoned my gasoline
5. Went back numerous occasions, however they served like they might not notice any sound, plus they recommmended I go towards the seller to determine what they claim.
6. Required the truck towards the seller plus they mentioned anything is wron using the athletes, rockers, timeing chain or anything within the mind. I'd to pay for $100 for that evaluation. To discover what is evoking the nise will definitely cost me $300 more bucks.
7. World motors won't show-me the reciepts for all the components they charged me for.
8. Automotive client matters did excellent on reporting but that's all-they may do. Even when I consider them to courtroom I might never get my money-back, or they might maintain my vehicle for weeks without actually doing something. I've seen horror tales about that kind of factor.
9. Suposedly I've a 6year guarantee, however they won't actually repair the vehicle after 14 days. It's been many months today plus they haven't decided to do something.
Do oneself a benefit "don't put yourself in this position". Look for a diverse shop to rebuild yor motor. Engine masters may be the owner of world motors, and so i might prevent them aswell.
