My car was making a lot of noise in the engine. I then turned to Turner Sopps Service center for help. They took a look at the engine and stated "you need a new motor." I then asked for the price of a new motor and Robert Turner, owner of Turner Sopps Service Center Stated "2500.00 dollars, I then asked for the price of a rebuilt motor and he stated "about 1500.00 dollars". I then informed Robert Turner that I don't have that kind of money and he then stated "we sell used motors" I asked robert Turner if the motors were good and he stated "yes I have never sold a bad motor." I asked Robert Turner how much for the used motor and he stated 650.00 dollars. I gave Robert Turner 650.00 dollars for the used motor. It took Turner Sopps Service Center one month to replace the motor in my car.
When I got the car back from Turner Sopps Service Center, two days later the electrical, dashboard, cruise control, oil light, brake light, radiator light, water light and the rest of the lights did not work. When I returned the car to Robert Turner, he refused to repair or fix the electrical and wiring stating "we don't do electrical or wiring work." The motor lasted approximately 3 1/2 to 4 months, water was coming out of the engine. When I returned the car to Robert Turner, he refused to repair or fix the motor and stated "take the car some where else." I then asked him why he sold me a bad motor? He then stated." the motor was good." Robert Turner then stated that "it would cost me 750.00 dollars to repair the motor so that the water would stop coming out of the engine. He then stated "you have to go some where else to get the electrical fixed." He refused to fix or repair the damage unless I give him more money. I refused.
