My husband purchased a vehicle from a dealership 3 months ago. We were told to go home and wait for the paperwork in the mail.By the time we had to make a payment we realized that the bank was charging us a different price. They explained to us that the purchase price for the van was 6,975. The price was fixed from 4500 to 6975 after we left the dealeship. The heating systemwas never right from the beginning. The vehicle also had no rear headrest in the second or third row.
We called the service contract and had to pay money towards installing a new heating sytem. Parts of the system were missing. Now the van is out of the shop and the back heatingsystem is still not working. The service contract is giving us a hard time about fixing the problem. Who can we sue in order to get justice, we feel so victimized and cant believe that a business would risk losingor paying out more money in the end. Please help us, so that we can move on with our lives.
