Handicapped person dropped off '87 4 cyl Chevy Cavalier for oil change. Presented with $783.54 invoice for unapproved unasked for exhorbitant parts "renewal"

"Blank check" banditry.
My son dropped his 4 cyl.'87 Chevy Cavalier (mechanically ok, with no complaint of leaks or unusual fluid loss) worth less than $400 because of rusted roof and need of paint job, for an oil change (renew engine oil). When he came to pick up the car he was invoiced for about twice what the car was worth. Transmission fluid change $115, a water pump "renew" for $382 and 2 valve cover gskets (note 4 cyl. Engine) for $140 and a new tire at $78.50. Water pump labor charge was 3 Hrs at $80/Hr. My son did not expect nor approve such a charge and the invoice shows no date, time or name of person approving. This experience caused my son to become so depressed and mentally ill that he required additional treatment and medication from his doctor. Bethview Servicenter cruely defrauded my son under the quise of performing routine maintenance.
