Terrible experience to say the least

On 9 Jan. We towed our caravan to Illovo and also the car’s heat went up again. We got our vehicle to Margate course to repair it. They changed our radiator cover and stated the thing is set. 24 hours later we left for house. After 30-min, our vehicle overheated and cutout. Rusty from Durban set a little trickle on top radiator line and included 1 litre of water. He likewise unearthed that the thermostat was caught in a sealed place and eliminated the center component. At Pinetown, the vehicle overheated again and cutout. We'd to depart our vehicle there and arrange for the money to obtain ourselves and also the caravan house. We approached Honda Margate several times and remaining messages. My partner was approached on 1 Feb and was requested to send our criticism to Ron. I delivered 3 faxes – no reaction. While my partner named him 14 days later, he responded that it had been not their obligation since it just overheated whenever we towed our caravan (that was the things they were designed to repair). We're however with no vehicle after over 5 months.
