This is a very positive review. On 2/17/10 I purchased 4 new Mich Pilot Exalto tires from NTB in Salem, NH. The service manager was very helpful and the installation process was completed in a few hours. When I arrived at home I checked the DOT code on the tires and found that 1 tire was 2 years old. I called Jon Rejniak the Manager and he located a tire that was manf in 0210 and called me and scheduled the replacement. Both managers are very focused on customer service and are good people to do business with. I will continue to buy tires from NTB because of value and customer service commitment.
