I also ordered WeatherTech DigitalFit floor mats for the front and rear row seats of a new 2010 RAV4 on October 28. The rear floor mats were a poor fit so I obtained a return authorization number and shipped the unused rear mats back to MacNeil Automotive. Fedex delivered them to MacNeil on November 19.
I did not see a Visa credit from MacNeil so I called and spoke to a "Mary" there on December 3. She assured me that I would see a $59.95 Visa credit by December 8 at the latest. It is now December 18 and no credit has been issued by MacNeil.
I have two complaint letters by the door with completed forms and documentation enclosed, ready to be mailed on Monday (December 20). One is to my credit card company and the other is to the Illinois Attorney General; Consumer Fraud Bureau in Springfield, IL.
Please note that this is the very same MacNeil Automotive that also uses the address: MacNeil Automotive Products; 841 Remington Blvd; Bollingbrook, IL 60440; phone: 800-6287. You may also experience the same, excessive hold times if you have occasion to call MacNeil Automotive.
My experience with MacNeil Automotive is around the same time as, and very much the same in substance, as Report #666303 posted on November 29 by Tony of Austin, TX
