Earlier this year i brought my cadillac to lewis auto because it was not running very well. I told them that something was not right and it may need a tune up. After giving it a very expensive tune up i was excited to pick it up. When i showed up to get my car i was told it was still running like crap. They told me it had plugged fuel injectors. I was very angry to find out that they did a bunch of expensive repairs on my car that did not need to be done. They gave me a price to fix the injectors and i agreed to it because i needed my car done. When i picked it up a few days later it ran great. However when i got down the road i heard tools falling out of the undercarriage of my vehicle.
Today i took my wife's truck in to have what i thought was a lower ball joint fixed. They replaced the upper ball joint and told me to come get it. The truck still makes a horrible sound when i drive it because they did not fix the wheel bearing and that was what was really wrong in the first place.
This company makes money off people replacing things that are not even the real problem and then later tells them we will cut you a deal on the other repairs. When i confronted them they all ganged up on me like a bunch of punks and lied about who worked on my cars. The fat, lazy slob that works there said he never worked on my cadillac. That is a lie because i watched him and a young boy who isnt there anymore work on my cadillac for an hour while i spoke to him.
Do not trust this company or bring your vehicles to them because they just do not know how to repair vehicles properly. They offered to fix my wheel bearing dirt cheap with no labor and i said h*ll no. They will never work on another vehicle of mine again.
