Shokan Used Audi Auto Parts
Extrememly poor or lack of customer service at Shokan.com auto parts ditributo

I contacted Shokan auto parts website and was totally treated disrespectfully from one of the male phone attendants, because in his opinion, I should not be calling them on a Monday morning for the trivial parts that I needed from one of their cars. I was treated VERY disrespectfully and he definitely acted as though I was totally bothering him and I should know better than to call them, regardless of the fact that their website does not annotate not to call them on Mondays about small trivial parts / stuff. Very abrupt and rude. Very dissatisfied with their complete lack of customer service or desire to even offer any at all.
