It seems no-one within the organization even knows which company the policy is through, or can find any record of the policy on my account

I had been contacted weeks previously telephonically by having an offer of the engine stretcher insurance plan addressing physical breakdowns of my automobile. I had been informed that I'd to determine subsequently, about the phone, whether I needed the address or not. No-documentation might be sent to assist my choice. I got the plan and was guaranteed plan files could be delivered to me forthwith. I've now been spending the plan for a few months, with regular payments accruing on my Edgars account.

Since I have to claim, I've experienced, without exaggeration, atleast 40 various figures via the client support contact center. Each quantity I'm informed to phone informs me that I'm in the incorrect deapartment and provides me another quantity to telephone. It has been happening for nearly per month and that I do not be seemingly any nearer to calling the right division within this respect. I've been to client solutions in the Sandton Edgars department who've created numerous calls on my account using the same outcomes.

It appears no one inside the business actually understands which organization the plan is through, or will find any report of the plan on my consideration, the regular rates are taken without fail.
