I journeyed with my 2 children from Bay Area to Dubai on November 5th.
1. My child is 26 weeks and takes a distinct chair however the airhostess, Ms. JOLEMA maintains ignoring her when food or beverage is offered or children acquire some treats like small bags. The moment my older one gets anything my little one might cry for one so when required for a different one, the coordinator might provide it with a few reluctance.
2.in the night time, she servedwater and liquid to everybody. After about 15-20 minutes she was completed helping and delivered back again to her stop. Then I acquired a burp and required her for many water. I had been surprised at what she said. She was rude and stated, 'YOU SAW ME FUNCTION WATER JUST TODAY, WHY-DIDN'T YOU GO SUBSEQUENTLY.' then having a large frown on her encounter she introduced a-cup of water and passed it in my experience (nearly left it in my own hand).
3. My child was resting and skipped her meal-time and so I saved her food. She'd her dinner really delayed within the evening so when she was completed eating I acquired the dish and all of the glasses etc in one single hand and my infant within the additional and strolled towards the closest stop merely 3 lines away to decrease it down. Used to donot want to buy resting within the chair because it was in my own childis method and he or she was meddling with-it and creating a wreck. Ms. Jolema was within the stop and rudely explained that I have to go completely towards the back stop and shut the layer on my experience.
I don't believe such people have to work when they donot have the tolerance or interest to serve. Such people ruin the trustworthiness of emirates.
I am aware they function extended hours and therefore are stressed. But I argue using the conduct towrds clients. I had been touring with 2 children and was similarly stressed.
