I've sailed thru Emirates on 23-Jan from Hyderabad to San Franscisco. I had been going with my spouse and my boy who's 15 weeks old. Although arranging the seats we reserved basinet chair once we have toddler. Customer Support consultant established that I've basinet chair. Nevertheless when I board the trip from Dubai to San Franscisco that will be ~16 Hours, I had been provided a basinet that will be to become distributed to another traveler's boy. I had been unsure why it is possible to talk about a basinet chair. What we're designed to do if both children are resting at same period. Because of sharing of basinet, we'd to maintain my boy on panel for over 12 Hours. It isn't at-all sensible to supply shared basinet. Our boy was irritable as he's routine of sleeping in cot. It had been difficult for him as well as for people within the entire journey.

In The same time-on panel customer support is horrible. They do not have adequate child's dinner. No body arrived at our chair, if something demands we'd to visit them. Whenever we visit them-they did not actually welcome or worry about us. We'd to obtain/plead them for-anything that people need. All cabin staff was cheerfully talking and consuming plenty of food without caring about guests. Whenever we obtain any food or support, their perspective was like as though they're providing free of charge. We invested $2145 per-ticket. It isn't they're providing food at no cost.

I'd prefer to obtain a correct justice for that incorrect therapy by Emirates airlines.
