Just took a package to the ups store in syosset ny - 57 ira road to be shipped to florida. Was told the price was over $20.00. I questioned the price on a fairly small light box. They said the scale weighed it at 21 lbs. I paid what they asked then asked them to re-weigh it. They started apologizing immediatly when the scale registered only 6 lbs!!! And gave me a $10.00 refund they claim the scale wasn't working properly. Beware!!! I wonder how many people have been over-charged because they did not question the weight.
