Don't work for them as a mechanic

This company is constantly looking for mechanics. Their postings will indicate a very lucrative flat rate pay schedule but in reality there is not enough work to earn a living. And if there was, running their gas station, working on the friends and family's cars, loaning your tools out, ordering parts, taking customers home, doesn't pay flat rate. If you don't perform all these tasks and clean the shop as well, one of the owners may offer to do you bodily harm.
Don't move your tools into this place, it's a waste of time.
