I bought a car sept. 1 and oct. 14 my car wouldnt start. The dash said: chk charge sys. The dealer said is sound like the battery or it could be the alternator. So, they said bring it in. Their wrecker person came and got it w/o a flatbed truck. I called around 10:00 on oct. 15, they said the battery wouldnt stay charge and it would cause me 173.00. I was sure why i had to pay for a battery, so i said if i did have to i would get my own battery for less. Then he said he was going to check other things i wasnt sure why he had to check other things but, he said he would call me back. While he didnt call me back. I had to call him back around 5:30, he said the oil pan was cracked like someone had road over something large and scrapped and then cracked under the bumper. Also, there was oil leaking out. I would allow me to take it leaking and the engine blow up. The warranty would cover that issue. I didnt run over anything or have any indications that there was any leaks of any kind when the care was with me. The person that took my car to the dealership drugged it down the road and did the damage because there was any oil alert before he came and pickup the car. They still have my car and i have tried to speak with manager and for some reason i kept getting voice mails and no call backs. The service manager-think his name is mark, said he would check with the wrecker driver on monday - oct. 18. However, i have been w/o a car since thursday. No renter car and loaner car could be located.
