I made a car reservation for a business trip I made to Atlanta in early November. When I arrived, the rental car agent upgraded me since there were no vehicles in my range available. They said that it would be at no additional charge to me.
At the agreed time, I returned the car to the agent, got a photostatic copy of the invoice since the computers were down, and returned home. A couple of weeks later, as I was reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed the charge was almost $41.00 dollars more than the invoice. I pulled the online estimate, and the charge was almost $115.00 mpre that that figure.
I emailed Enterprise and they said that they do handle billing issues online, but refered me to the Atlanta office. As of this date, I have not heard a response.
