I asked Onstar to change my mobile number from 248 area code to a 313 area code in April. Somehow they messed it up to where it didnt work at all.
After speaking with numerous technicians and supervisors over the course of about 4 months. They told me to bring the car to the dealer, where they would replace the unit inside my car. Needless to say that was not the problem either. Finally I got fed up with no responses and CASE workers who always promised to call back and didnt. I decided to just let it be.
Well someone carjacked me 4 my car and onstar told the police that I had tampered with the unit and that they couldnt help them find my car. Thanks onstar 4 being there when I needed you. I hope you all are tracking this.
