I bought a New 2007 Town & Country Van, I have had Engine trouble 3 Times, they repaired it At 42,000 Miles and it blew up at 48,000 miles and they will do nothing to help me. I had the oil changed more than they recommend and they (case manager) said it was because I didn't Change my spark plugs. The owners manual CLEARLY says to Check them at 102,000 Miles. WHAT A crock! I now have to tow this junker back from FLA at my expense and CHRYSLER will not even return a phone call or E-Mail. Chrysler says that my warranty expired at 36,000 miles. Even if it did (?) With a problem of this magnatude don't you think they should stand behind their products... I will NEVER purchase a Chrysler product agian and I will let every one know what a piece of junk they make.
