I was down in Orange park for my Navy drill weekend. My check engine light came on on the way down there. Not knowing what further problems it could cause and not wanting to be stranded on the way back home to Savannah I took my car into kieth Pierson instead of waiting till I got back home and taking it to my usual mechanic. Once at the dealership my car was diagnosed as having a bad gas cap as well as a bad water pump. The mechanic said both these items were the cause of my engine light issue, I thought it was wierd that my car would need both of these items at 50,000 miles but got them replaced anyway. The mechanic reset my check engine light by disconnecting my battery, instead of using a tool to reset it which resulted in all my radio stations being reset. Within a week of returning home the light went on again. I took it into my hometown mechanic and he looked under the hood and determined within 10 minutes that my check engine light was on because I replaced the air filter and forgot to re-connect a hose that went to the air filter. I expected Kieth Pierson's employees to be more professional than this as their mistake set me back $600. Buyer Beware Keith Pierson is a ripoff!!
