I have an older car that the Twin Harbors Service Station has had for over a month, and have not diagnosed the problem properly. At first they said it was the "computer" of the car, and wanted $400.00, just for the computer, with NO Guarantee... I went on line and found a refurbished computer for less than half the price! With a year guarantee! So, I told them I would get the part. I don't mind paying 20 to 25% more for a part, I know they have to make a profit, but to more than double the price? Evidently, that was not the problem, because the car still will not start. They have had the car for 5 weeks, and have not bothered to diagnose the problem. Every week I ask how it is going, and they are always "too busy". I have never owed them any money, and resent this treatment. Unfortunately, the only recourse I have is to have the car towed to another gas station, and have another mechanic work on the car.
