I bought a refurbished docking station that never worked. It was installed on a brand new computer. I thought the problem was the computer, it was not. GeekDeal.com refused to replace or repair the unit. GeekDeal.com wanted me to contact the manufacturer and tell them it was new and under the manufacturers warranty. I am now very leery of any product on E BAY
