Warranty Issues and Just Lies from the Owne

I purchased a 2007 Sebring from Premiere Car Connection in Fairview Heights on March 22nd. I gave Mr. Broussard a down payment of 6000.00 in a Certified Check. I purchased an extended warranty. I did not know at the time that my troubles had just begun. Within the first week after having my car, a piece fell off the side bumper of my car. I took the car up to his dealership and he laughed and said it would cost me $100.00 dollars but I didn't have the money at the same so I let that go. Three months later on June 16th, I obseved water in the back seat on the drivers rear seat. I called Mr. Broussard and told him about the problem and he didn't seem really concerned again except to say that I had an Warranty on the car and to take it to a shop. I took my car to Oliver C. Joseph in Belleville, Illinois on July 2nd and they kept the car until July 8th. The gas cap light was on, the check engine line was on and the airbag light was on and I had a big puddle in the back seat. I gave Oliver C. Joseph all of my Warranty information and I was told that the cost would be close to $900.00 and I declined. None of my warranty covered anything. So again, I called Mr. Dave Broussard and he tells me to tell someone to contact him from Oliver C. Joseph which I did. His name is Will Hunter. So, Mr. Broussard tells me to bring the car to him and he will take care of the problem. I picked up my car from Oliver C. Joseph and I paid the $268.62 for the Labor. I drop the car off to Premiere Car Connection and within hours the car had been fixed. There was no water in the car at the time because Oliver C. Joseph had taken care of that for me. They ordered me a new gas cap and reset the Check Engine light and he told me that he didn't know why my Airbag Light was still coming on. I was told if any water was to come back in the car to give him a call. I sent an certified letter to him on 7/11 asking him about the warranty and if would reimburse my money that I spent since he didn't have any idea about the Extended Warranty. Wes, the guy who looked at the car accused me of leaving an window down.in my letter, I asked for a Car Fax Report and all of the paperwork showing what they did to fix the problem for my records. I asked him to call me once the paperwork was done. I never got a phone call from him after he signed for the Certified Letter. On July 15th, the water was back in the car and I sent him pictures through e-mail. He contacted me back by e-mail and told me to drop the car off which I did on Monday, July 19th and they kept the car until Thursday, July 22nd. I go pick up the car and he tells me that he had someone fix it and it was a drain in the air conditioner and the water wasn't draining correctly. He stated that is why all my lights were on in the car because of the water. He also stated that if there were any fees involve he would take care of those and I told him the fees were with my certified letter. He stated that he was still waiting on the people from the Warranty to give him a call so that the money would be reimbursed to him and he would pay me my money. Of course he never got back with me and my significant other decided to stop by and asked if he had had anything about the Warranty and he will still waiting on August 18th. He stated that he paid for the car to get fixed but he won't give me any paperwork and that he shouldn't have to pay me anything but at the same time he told my significant other to give him some time. On, Friday, August 20th, he gave my significant other $168.00 to go away which I didn't except because I just don't trust him anymore because he is not trust worthy. So I am going to take him to small claim court because I wasn't treated right and he shouldnt be allowed to treat any customers like that. He never e-mailed the Warranty people and he never planned on giving me any money back.
