Is a fraud company, They give u the run around and treat u like shit. They are very rud to u and dont realy want to here what u have to say

Hello i bought the warranty back in June of 09. The lady that sold it to me told me that everything is cover on my car. I put it in the shop to get fix and they didnt cover mky radiator. So i have to get it fix on my own i had wanted to cancel it because se had lie to me. But i didnt becaus ethe guy i had spoken with told me what all it had cover and convenced me to keep it, his was in July of 09. My car broke down in Jan so i put it in the shop. The Guy Mike/Owner told me that my engine was out. Ok so i told him i had a warranty on it so he told me to bring in the information to him and i did. He called it in and they told him that i wasn't in their system. So i had to call and see what was going on. Ok that took about 2 weeks just to get it together and i still was not in it. I had to fax over my so called contract they sent me over to the claims department to a guy name Bill. Okay i did that so now he asked me to fax over all my oil change receipts and i did. They didnt match up so he told me my claim was deined. But i explain to him that the company firestone made a mistake. They didnt change the mileage out wheni got my oil change done there in july of 09 and that the keep the same mileage from when i went to them in Jan of 09. They was welling to le them know it was a mistake and also write them a letter but they dont want to here anything u have to say. So i cancelled the service in March and they was are still talking my money and dontwhat to have my car fix. They tell u they will call u back and they dont. And sometime they dont even much answerthe phone for u because they have caller id and they know its u calling back. One time i called the man pick up the phone and said yes Leona with an attuide. I sent them a letter out to cancel the serive and they didnt get it so. I ask them can i fax it and they said no. I dont understand what type of company this is i really think they are fraud and scans on u. So i hope that some one can please help me get my money back from these people. Because they are very wrong for what they are doing...
